It is interesting learning about the culture too. Danish society is quite different from ours. It is really quite egalitarian, and this shows up in a strange way. Nobody is considered better than anyone else and thus you never call anyone Ms. Mrs. or Mr. you call them by their first name. But on the other hand you would never just drop by somebodies house. That is considered super rude. And there is a lot of unspoken etiquette involved that is a holdover from a time when they had nobility. Like if someone invites you over, it is expected that within a certain amount of time, they will return the favour and invite you over to their house.
